Refund & Cancellations policy

1. No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless Meadowlark Adventures cancels a session.
2. Missed Classed: No credits or refunds for missed classes. Makeup classes may be available if notified 24 hours prior to class and if space allows
3. Class cancellations by Meadowlark Adventures : If a class is cancelled due to weather or unforseen circumstances, a makeup class will be scheduled. If no makeup class is available, a credit may be applied to future sessions.

Behavior Expectations: Respectful behavior is required. Repeated disruptions may result in removal without a refund.
