About Meadowlark Adventures
Meadowlark Adventures was founded by home educator Brittany, whose passion for homeschooling and deep experience in education, athletics, and nature-based learning all come together to create something special. As a mom of five with classroom experience in Alaska, she understands the unique rhythms and needs of homeschooling families.
Our mission is to offer meaningful, hands-on experiences that go beyond the classroom. Through programs like Nature Explorers, Solar Sports, and other enriching homeschool offerings, we cultivate a supportive space where children build physical skills, gain confidence, and fall in love with learning in the great outdoors. Small group settings ensure each child gets personal attention, while also enjoying the benefits of teamwork, connection, and community.
Our Programs
Solar Sports
Solar Sports helps children grow stronger not just physically, but socially too. Through games, teamwork, and skill-building experiences, kids develop coordination, collaboration, and self-assurance in a fun, supportive environment. And no matter their starting point, everyone’s welcome—every child, every ability, every time.
Nature Explorers
Our Nature Explorer morning sessions blend literacy and the great outdoors, giving students a chance to read, write, and tell stories inspired by the beauty of Florida’s natural landscape. Whether it’s crafting poems under the shade of oak trees or building tall tales beside a quiet stream, kids will spark their creativity while connecting with the world around them.

Tuesdays are all about creativity under the canopy. In our two-hour Art in Nature sessions, kids sketch, paint, and create using the colors, textures, and patterns of the outdoors.
Thursdays take a fresh spin on numbers with Math in Nature—hands-on activities that turn leaves, shadows, and even the weather into exciting math adventures.
